I taken a new hd connection of gtpl on 17/11/21 and today this pack is expired while gtpl customer care person told me that your pack is free for 6 month and I also paid 3000 for this. And I continue talking with customer care, they only suggest me to contact my cable operator while cable operator made me fool about this pack.
Gtpl always showing in their advertisement that new connection of gtpl royal hd pack 6 month free of cost only Rs. 3000 that I already paid to my cable operator. But after one month my pack has expired and when I contact to gtpl customer service they called me that we can’t do anything.
