I have received the following reply from Flipkart regarding the order cancellation concern. In brief the seller arranged me 2000 rupee gift card if i reorder the same product. From the date of this reply i don’t see the product availability at flipkart.

We are sorry that your order for Joyalukkas 24 (999) K 5 g Gold Bar was cancelled by the seller as there was a prolonged delay in the delivery of your order and they did not want to keep you waiting. 

If you want, you can place a fresh order for this product within the next 10 days. In appreciation of your understanding, the seller will add a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000/- to your Flipkart account within 3 days of the order delivery
