I am writing this in frustration of the service that I was provided in my last trip to goa from Patna and back . I had purchased the ticket of the go-air long 25 days before my journey . my friend boarded from Ahmedabad and I from goa . the flight was cancelled and we were not provided any flight in place of the cancellation . The Go air persons at the counter told me I will get the refund but even till date I am not provided with the refund . Very sad to say that our Rs 25000/- has been wasted and I still don’t know what to do . I called the customer care and they say we proceeded the refund pls call the agency were you had booked the ticked and when i call the flipkart from where I booked the ticket they say we have not received any request of the cancellation . I am really frustrated by the responce of the Go-air team . what they expect the comman man to call Go-air and flipkart and keep inquiring of the refund every day for a month and still they keep giving nonsence replies .I have decided that I am going to the national consumer forum, india .There I might get the refund … I am really frustrated by team Go -air . you guys are just fooling people and taking there hard earned money . it’s not just about the money that you have taken from us but also the exploitation that I had to go throught by calling you guys daily over phone and inquiring about the status .
