i booked one ticket from DEL to IXR at 1600rs but unfortunately my ticket does get confirmed and the amount is deducted from my account. then i speak with travolook customer care they give me back my 1600 Rs in my travolook wallet and told me that i can use it on next ticket booking. and now my 1600rs is still with the travolook and the website has vanished from the web.
