I have been using the Airtel prepaid numbers mentioned in the subject line since 2006 and I have never faced any kind of issue. However, on 23-Jan-2021 (In the evening) time, my SIM stopped working and the network went away. I tried to use my SIM to multiple phones but the issue remained the same.
Later on I called to your customer care service and your executive suggested me to buy a new SIM. Since then I have bought 4 SIM cards from Airtel store and every time they did my KYC (Though my UID, through my DL and through my Voter ID card) but the validation of my documents are not completed successfully.
I have been a valued Airtel customer since last 15 years but the kind of service which I have been getting is very pathetic.
I am planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court as I have been mentally harassed by Airtel.
