Placed an order on mvastram.com in response to a post on facebook (ORDER #MV8138 dtd 19 Oct 2020) for Ra. 2495, made online payment towards purchase of sarees. Received a confirmation email with order number with promise of updating when the order is despatched. However even after 10 days of the order, there is no update of despatch of the ordered items. Email to the id provided on the website mvastram.com viz, care@mvastram.com elicited no response. There is no contact number provided. Please help get my money back.
