This is regarding the the institution’s failure to refund the deposit amount of Rs.3000 to me and multiple customers.

I’m registering this complaint after being denied the deposit refund continuously for the 3rd year after I have passed out in 2020. I’ve been trying to contact the book bank multiple times over the past 3 years, but they either didn’t pickup the call, or denied to refund the amount.

This year, I have contacted the book bank more than 20 times in the month of June, when nobody picked up the call. On 20th June I was asked to come and collect in the month of July, but again in July no one was available in office and call wasn’t picked.

In July I was asked to come and collect after 2nd week of August. Upon calling the book bank on Sep 03 2022 I’ve been told that the process is closed until next year. This has been the case for me and multiple customers every year. Kindly check the Google reviews containing complaints from multiple customers. Attached few complaints from some of the customers.
