Sir, I have not taken any loan from the company named MUTHOOTNAN, whereas this loan is showing as having been taken on 7th August 2023, so please tell me how to remove this loan.

As per the account number PLFLD047020 (as per CIBIL) & PLFLD052908 (as per CIBIL) August’23 EMI was auto debited and recorded as paid via NIRA as scheduled. However MUTHOOTNAN has reported to CIBIL as overdue and still not removed even after multiple contact to both NIRA and MUTHOOTNAN team.
