Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to file a complaint about my CIBIL report being incorrectly registered in the CIBIL portal due to incorrect information that your bank provided.
Due to personal circumstances, I looked for a personal loan at the ICICI Bank two months ago. I was shocked when my loan application was denied because all my previous loans had been properly closed and I had no outstanding debt.
Later, when I checked my CIBIL report, I discovered that approximately 20 instances of unauthorized and default loans had been recorded there. All the default loan accounts are tied to someone else when I verify that loans are not being applied from my end.
Pls refer the below tabular column that my personal details and default account holder details for your reference.

As per the above tabular column the default account holder has taken all the loans in your bank and not paid the amount properly and showing the default payment. All his default payment transactions all entered in to my CIBIL report by your bank, the same has been reported to CIBIL portal too.
Due to the wrong information provided by your bank to CIBIL portal and my account has been marked has default payments.
I have raised the dispute to CIBIL person on 07th July 2023 Dispute ID No: CDS07072023001333 and 11th July 2023 Dispute ID No: CDS11072023000955 with regards to the wrong entry by your bank.
CIBIL portal replied that “We reached out to MUTHOOTFIN and they have confirmed that the credit information reported by them is correct. Hence, we would not be able to make any changes to your credit information. Any changes to the credit information shall be as per the provisions of Credit Information Company Regulation Act (CICRA), 2005. We therefore request you to get in touch with MUTHOOTFIN for the required correction. Inconvenience is regretted.”
Due to the wrong details provided by your bank to CIBIL and reported my account as default not able to get any loans.

Request you to kindly validate the data from your bank record and provide the appropriate report to CIBIL portal and remove the default account from my CIBIL report.
Note: MUTHOOTFIN has not taken any proper action regarding my complaint, then I will file the complaint with Ombudsman with all the evidence.
