On 10th December I booked 3 tickets for Mumbai darshan threw Mumbaidarshan.com website at 11.21 AM
I got mail that my bus will be at
Pick up Point
Colaba (Gateway of India) 12.00pm
I called them on their number that shows in their website 9833615284
And they told me ‘’ Mam there is no bus at 12.00 PM from Colaba ‘’
And I said no it is showing in your website then I asked now what should I do they told me we will start process of refund you will get it by 3-4 days.
I called them so many times and they reply every time your refund in on process.
I asked them to send me their mail id so can write a mail to them about whole thing but they said there is only one number that’s it.
Recently I called them then some mam asked me when we said we will refund you there is no such thing. We will not refund you.
