June 25th I order one plus 7t pro mobile in mumbai custom shop in telegram,he says for the cost of ₹2000 ,I questions him his send to whatsapp number & we will refund the amount he said ,then he send the his a/c I pay the money and also address mentioned . Then he blocked my telegram account
