Hi Team,
As i consumer it is my right to know about details for which i am being charged. According to new TRAI rule i have to select the channels but there is no information about MultiTV rates in website. Previously it was Rs 250/- & now TATA SKY customer care says it’s according to base pack which you select and the rates will only pop-up will checking out. The slab rates are decided by TRAI is what they saying but that slab rate is not there in website.
For eg :- TATA have recommend 2 pack for me
- Pack 1 – Base Rs 500 + NFC charges Rs 245 = Rs 745/- ( MultiTV channel charges Rs 400/-)
- Pac 2 – Base Rs 329 + NFC charges Rs 153 = Rs 482/- ( MultiTV channel charges Rs 300/-)
How will i know what is the MultiTV slab and again NFC is also getting charged according to base pack. So if the details are there in website I can choose remove any unwanted channels and bring my base to a lower rates and that will help customer to save some money in MultiTV & NFC Charges.
Kindly look into my request and advice all the service provider to update the same in there website and if it is not given by TRAI, then stop saying that to customers.
Also i have gone through lot on phone calls with customer care hence i look forward for some relaxation.
