Go air rescheduled the flight multiple times. First they rescheduled the flight,then they changed the time and then they converted my direct flight into a connected one. This is so disturbing and dissapointing. We already made plans for everythng and had to cancel it because of this unprofessional operational issues of go air. We simply requested the airline to upgrade my seat to the business class as you have converted my direct flight to a connected one and we have a baby so connected will not be comfortable for baby,but they denied saying it’s not possible. Now, I want all the expenses of my bookings along with the interest from the airline.
