I had a hathway connection from 19-Jan-2015 to 17-Jul-2015. After that I disconnected the connection and returned the modem.
On 5-Jan-2023 I asked them to renew my connection, but the connection did not established doe to some technical difficulties in my premises. So, I cancelled the renewal.
After that they keep on calling me multiple times a day initially for resuming the connection later to return the device.
The connection was not resumed on Jan 23 and I did not received any device, so How can I return the device. Then they started giving call via recovery team which started threatening me for legal action etc.
For my peace of mind I asked them I will pay them whatever money they need for the said device and I paid 2500 for that as well.
Even after that they did not terminated my connection and keep on calling me, How many number I blocked they call from some other no. I am totally upset, sad and scared for this.
