jio fiber installation not done since 2 week . Sales prrson collected 2500 on 25th February later engineer came on 29 august not gave setup box and router and had no knowledge of installation and left. I called more than 10 times on customer care number they just reschedule installation dates but no engineer visits nor calls regarding installation. What shall i do with only setupbox and router when connection is not done.
No use of customer care 18008969999. Useless customer care officials and fraud company . Just take installation money andhave useless staff with no knowledge and keep customer’s waiting for 2 week after payment.
If they cant install why did they take 2500 inr and give setupbox and router and make customers fool.
