I am frustrated these type of announcement.I was calling in emergency situation to Doctor but in every call ,same announcement was going on like “your plan will expire within 2 days ” or ” There is this plan “or so on .
I want to ask !? When someone in critical or emergency situation then Is person have much time regarding this announcement.?
Ok ! I can understand it’s their duty but when person calling on same no.again and again then why same announcement happened on every call . I called around 20 times on Doctor ‘s number but due to that of this announcement,today I didn’t take appointment. Because there are fix time for taking appointment and we need to calling multiple time because other patients also called that time but Due to that of this announcement i couldn’t take appointment from 2 days .
I am agree if this announcement happened 2 to 3 times or that time when I called other other no .but when I calling same no .then may be there are not much need to announce again same line . What person will do when he/she is in Emergency situation.Does their have much time that they recharge immediately even till now person have 2 days recharge left that time .
Today this complaint regarding*JIO* .
