I was purchased master machines semi automatic long Cotton Wicks Making Machine/Diya Batti Making Machine bearing order no. 402-3982631-6025104 on 19.12.2021 and I received a defective product and I was requesting for return since I received the product but no response even though multiple calls to coustomer care this is not first time I was purchased same product on 28.10.2021 bearing order no.402-6563882-6735502 with same problem. I was purchased on EMI basis as I was regularly paying but no use of machines because that my business is getting inconvenience.
Total 3 machines purchased all of them are defective and till now no return pickup was done when I was called Amazon call centre they said we only arrange return pickups and we can’t do anything
