Text of Complaint by Sanjay Bhandari:

For one of the Airtel prepaid phone numbers in my family where two of the family members did separate recharges and both are of the same 1 year validity. So, right now we are paying twice for the same service.

On calling customer care service, they are neither ready to extend the validity nor ready to issue a refund.
