I live in Faridabad area (pin- 121009). I use the Airtel optical fibre internet. Airtel services has been the worst even when I used a 3G wifi. It hasn’t changed now. I am not informed of the Internet outage. It is down for hours. I’m really frustrated. Please look into the issue as soon as possible.
