I have taken a loan from Phocket app and there was a last emi due in April 1st. However I have made the payment in March and provided details to Phocket team after it was not updated on application.
I got only a reply that it will update in 24 hours.
I have created 4-5 emails for the same however still on 1st April emi was debited from my account and I had sent the email for refund but there was no reply from team and number is also not reachable.
