Sir,
I have taken Personal Loan in Piramal Capital Housing Finance Limited on 29th Dec 2022 Loan No PRFPBLN0000246F , After that Due to some health issues and Banking problem , I was not able to pay the EMI on time , But they have presented ECS in my account multiple times in a single month , They have charged me Rs.1000/- Bounce charges in Feb’23 , Rs.1000/- in Apr’23 , Rs.1500/- in May’23 , Rs. 1500/- in Jun’23 , Rs.1500/- in Jul’23 , Rs. 1500/- in Aug ’23 and Rs. 1500/- in Sep’23 as a Bounce charges . They have charged additional charges to EMI also , Charges was not mentioned EMI is 6534 /- but they charged excess in above mentioned months . I have raised a request to Mandate change in May ’23 but they have not provided me the link up to Aug ’23 , i have paid 590/- rupees for Mandate change request , the amount was not reflected in statement . Why they are charging multiple bounce charged in single month for single EMI and it is their failure to provide me mandate change link after paying Mandate changing fee , Why the 590 rupees not reflecting in statement.
