I initially deposited 5 USDT from my external wallet, intending to add it to my USDT in my asset wallet, to make it reach 202 USDT.
As I tried to add the 5USDT, the MTFE system said the minimum should be over 20usdt.
I then sent my entire 197 usdt back to my wallet, so that I can send the entire usdt to trading account (my asset wallet).
The moment my 197usdt entered my wallet, I then saw that, MTFE deducted the 5usdt I deposited from my external wallet intending to make 202usdt for trading. So, the token remains 197usdt, as a result I failed to complete it.
I then decided to send the 197 back to the trading account (my asset wallet). In the same day, I was advertised to remove all and send it to my external wallet to use it for some purpose, and I will later bring it back when I get it complet.
So, since the time I requested for the second movement from trading wallet to my wallet where I can transfer it to my external wallet, till to this time I am writing this information MTFE refused to transfer it! Something that can take at most 48 hours, it took UpTo 5 days now without the transfer!
MTFE even debited their transfer fee of about 6usdt again from my remaining 197usdt now remains 191 usdt to transfer and still refused to release it!
This will indeed tarnish the image of MTFE in the world!
