MTFE is fraud company. Singapore china based company they are take your money and distribute IT people saying they are doing AI trading any time they can close this and took away all investor money and Indian people are crazy investing on this with no government control.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with MTFE, and I can honestly say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I am compelled to write this review to warn others about the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the deceptive practices that MTFE employs.
From the moment I engaged with MTFE, it was clear that they had no intention of providing quality service. Their website boasted about their “cutting-edge solutions” and “exceptional customer support,” but in reality, it was all a facade.
First and foremost, their communication was abysmal. It took multiple attempts to even get a response from their customer service team, and when I did, the replies were vague and unhelpful. It was as if they were intentionally trying to confuse and frustrate me.
But the worst part was yet to come. I had ordered a product that was advertised as top-of-the-line and revolutionary. What I received, however, was a shoddy, cheaply-made item that barely resembled what was showcased on their website. It was clear that MTFE had no qualms about peddling subpar products to unsuspecting customers.
When I tried to address the issue and request a refund, the runaround continued. They claimed that their refund policy was “strict” and that I needed to jump through countless hoops just to be considered for a refund. It was clear that they were hoping I would simply give up and accept the faulty product.
I have dealt with numerous companies in the past, but I have never encountered one as unethical and dishonest as MTFE. Their lack of integrity and blatant disregard for their customers’ satisfaction is truly shocking.
