I have bought a card swiping machine from Mswipe. Earlier it was on monthly rental but later because of less use, customer care asked me to pay Rs. 1100 something one time and convert it into zero rental machine. I paid the asked amount. Later in March, when I did a transition of around Rs. 2000, they deducted around Rs. 700 out of Rs 2000. When asked from the company, they said it is your payment for converting it into zero rental machine. I told them that I have already paid that amount, but they only said it is not showing in their records. I also shared my statment copy with them proving the payment done. But still they haven’t returned my money.
