On 20/03/2024 at time 03.24 . I booked my ticket of price ₹495 from Nashik Phata, Pune to Dhule . The payment had been done but I didnt recieve tickets.& I don’t receive refund. So its my humble request to look into this matter and please solve it as soon as possible.
