Dear All,
Concerned authority, I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately. I am staying at Airoli and my consumer number 000098630490, BU 4641. I am not in Navi Mumbai since May 2020, but still I am getting charged on monthly basis since May till July. Strangely till today around INR 1,820 already paid without consuming electricity at my house. Strangely again for this month I got electricity bill of INR 2160 as well without using any electricity at home and date of payment is 09-AUG-20. This is very ridiculous. Why we need to pay this amount for which we never ever used. Now date is given as 09th Aug which is to aggressive and before that if we get response then only I will pay. Else I will defer for payment and hopefully no one should charge back to me for late payment. I called toll free number and both toll free numbers are not working. So in this case how customers will be getting justice for these high electricity bills.
