i made payment of rs 1770/= on 17 oct 2019 , but still after 4 years mseb not changed my meter which display is not working , giving me only avg. bill, which are more than my consumpation/ use . i req. mseb sevrel times to change my meter but thay ignore my req.
my humblereq. is that plz order mseb to change my light meter urgentaly
