I am having flat in kalwa where my mother is staying aloan but due to COVID19 situation she is staying with my sister last 2 months.when I check electricity bill I got rs.2650 without meter reading plus again I received another bil of 1850.i got surprised as no one staying in my flat then how the bill is coming with huge amount.i sent compliant to mseb but no response as I already paid 2650 so my electricity will not disconnect. But I need justifications from mseb about wrong bill.
