MONEY :
Please help me recover my money of ₹ 5 0 0 0 0 , and launch a case of cheating ( 4 2 0 section 420 ) & fraud on the company officials including COMPANY MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY . . They should now not just RETURN / refund my money but the company should now be asked to pay compensation ( fine & penalty ) . . The COMPENSATION amount should be exemplary ( of more than i.e., in excess of ₹ 1 Cr ) so that companies do not try to harass customers in future . . Companies will think twice before indulging in such FRAUDS or fraudulent activity . .
: ALL requested TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS AGAINST COMPANY OFFICIALS FOR CUSTOMER HARASSMENT & TAKE STEPS TO PENALISE THE ERRANT EMPLOYEE ( EMPLOYEES + OFFICER IN AUTHORITY ) . . CHARGE THEM with FINE & PENALTY of 1 crore ( ONE HUNDRED LAKHS ) and take exemplary measures against them to prevent such frauds in future . . The ₹ 1 CRORE is not for my personal purpose & should be put & awarded to & for CONSUMER COURT & CONSUMER PROTECTION against such FRAUD COMPANIES like LIVSPACE ! ! I will be pleased to donate the money for making consumer forum & consumer courts stronger in future to protect consumer rights . .

Just avoid AVOID ” LIVSPACE ” FRAUD COMPANY . . DO NOT GIVE ANY PAYMENT WITHOUT SIGNING CONTRACT . . make no payment without them signing agreement . . NO ADVANCE / NO BOOKING money should be paid to them , otherwise they will not refund , whether you like the final contract or not . . Their initial quotation is a FALSE statement which they will deny later even if you have proof . . Because even if the customer has proof of the company’s fraudulent practice still the customer has to run to consumer court & police stations . . Most customers do not take the pain of the hassle of courts & CONSUMER FORUM . . Hence , DO NOT PAY A SINGLE PAISA OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO livspace UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED & DUPED _
