Today evening I visit airtel Sanjay place store for enquiry my double payment debited amount. I met Ekta Agarwal customer care support. For broadband enquiry she give me mob no.9897400100 . When I call this no. He tell when he reached office he will cl me back and not listen my problem. After sm tm again I cl him but he not pick my phn and after switch off that no. When I text him ,u told u call me back and solve my problem .he text me call me back . When I call him he start shouting and use rude language and tell me I am not customer care .. u call 121. And not listen my problem . How airtel company hire this kind of person for customer support . When customer need help they behave like this . Still no one listen my problem. I want solve my problem and do action against Harish soni and learn him how to behave with customer.
