At the time of lockdown, I had taken loan from mpokket due to financial issues, but I remember correctly were paid off and also that mpokket began charging me incorrectly and there interest rates were high and with any lame excuses they began to harash me and my contacts which they collected with there app’s hack and sync of contact numbers, they have already harassed me and my every contacts, even after I have paid my loans already.
Now I see that they have registered 5 loans of ₹.2000 under my name which shows overdue in cibil report and now have increased to ₹.5000+ and impacting my cibil score.
I have already mentioned this to mpokket and still they say that I haven’t paid my loan yet. But I remember as I have suffered the threats and harassment from them at my home and also that they have collected ₹.15000 overdue penalized amount as cash from me at my doorstep already.
I humbly request RBI to kindly look upon this matter and help me save my financial future.
