- I have taken a loan amount of 10000rs from mpokket.
- Due to lockdown my father lost job and we had no money to eat itself.
- I’m a student and I’m not doing job I’m completely dependent on my father.
- Mpokket did not give the option of moratorium during lockdown
- They kept on calling me and harassing me. Even after telling them i will pay as soon as my father gets his salary
- Now they are threatening me with my picture saying they will publish it everywhere if i don’t pay the penalty amount of 16000
- For 10000rs they have charged me a penalty of 16000rs making total of 26000rs
- My fathers salary itself is 25000.
- Please help me.
