I have taken loan of 19000 from m pocket in august 2023.
And due in sep, oct and nov.
But missed payment fue to financial problem
Now i am ready to pay but fue amount id 36800
They are charging penalty and charges of 17800 for principal amount 19000. In 4 month
While penalty charges given by rbi is 1 or 2 %
