I got personal loan in Mpocket and i pay it in correct time also but unfortunately in corona iam not able to pay some loans like 500 rs and 2000 rs after corona issues i have payed how much i can, and i requested to reduce the interest but they adding daily basis interest also so ican’t able to pay that amount many times i requested to reduce the daily interest but they did’t response. they misusing my contacts and take my contacts without my permission and made a bad things about me. iam ready to pay the amount but what the loan i got that only i can pay not the daily interest. please consider this complaint because it is affecting my credit score also it may cause problem in my future.
