My name is Ranjith Kumar. I have taken a loan amount of Rs. 10000 two months before starting of the first corona lockdown. Due that lockdown I was not able to clear the loans in time so I requested them to give time to pay as it is lockdown and it is impossible to clear the loans in this situation. But, they were saying that pay the loan extension amount and extend your loan due date. I was not even able to pay for the loan extension in that situations. But they did not stop increasing penalties in that situation. My loan repayment became double so I decided to pay the amount and extend my loans until I get money. To extend my loan I paid Rs.10000 but this loan extension is just for one month. After month, I mailed them and said I will not clear the loans as I have paid a lot of amount already. So, they called me and asked me about the problem then said my problem that I already a lot of amount and how can one pay in the lockdown situation. Then he asked me when you will just give me a date at that time I will call you and I will help you while making payment. I said one date to him but there is no call from them. So, I decided not pay until you understand my situation and I sent mails to them but there is no proper response from them. They sent me a legal notice mail after few days. I paid Rs.8000 at that time. After paying Rs. 8000 still I have due amount of Rs. 20000. I am in a lot pressure since they are not giving proper respond to me and the loan amount is increasing daily. I have only one option to do that is s@uicide as I do not have that much amount to pay. Please give me solution for this problem.
