I had taken a loan of 1000 in my college days and skip to pay due to my financial conditions. Now I talk to them to close the loan. They asks me to 22860 rupees for total 20 emis.
Each emi consists of 500 principal and 643 rupees if intrest sir.

I had paid the total amount of 22860 rupees on August 18th 2023.
And they closed only 19 emis out of 20.
And threatens me to pay one more emi of 1600.
They harrased me.
I didn’t get any support from their customer service.
Kindly help me out of this sir. I’m attaching the bank statement which consists of payments made to jalan chemical industries and mpokket for loan closure.
