I was having ongoing loan in mpokket app. Due to some reasons i was late to pay the loan amount. The recovery executive from mpokket called me and asked me to pay the loan amount which will close my loans from mpokket, as promised i paid all the amount on call by UPI transfer. But still they are calling me for the money and they didn’t closed my loan which is causing direct effect on my CIBIL score. I do have the call recordings available with me . I had also mailed to their customer support 2 months back mentioning all the above scenario but still i haven’t received any respose from them.
