Mpokket officials are not at all responsible i have asked them to do the final settlement three times still they have not responded they are charging almost 20,000 for a loan of 4,000 and now what is happening they have my father’s number and now they are threatening me that they will call my parents and relatives and will insult them for loan amount. it is not at all fruitful to pay this much amount for a loan of 4,000
