Actually i took loan in mpokket for the sum of 13,000. due to covid19 i lost my job and can’t pay the full amount. they put extra penalty charges on my loan. i requested so many times to give some waivers fee. they didn’t accepted. now they are asking me to pay 45,000 rupees for which i took 13,000 rupees and they totally damaged my cibil score. please help me on this
