I have taken a loan of 12000 approx. Due to my job loss I am not able to repay the amount. They are harassing that they will come to my home and they have taken out without my consent all my personal information.this is against the law. I have recorded their call in which they are telling that m pokket gave them the right to take out our personal details.please help me
