Now its more than 422 days they are asking 18000 for 8500 .. but when it was 70 days I told then remove the penalty then I will make the payment.. but still they are asking for extra now it is more than 120%. Should I pay or not.. many of people say don’t pay because as per rbi guidelines they are taking more than 36%p.a . They regularly call me for payment. I request to RBI Please take any action about them
