Hi, I had taken 12k loan from Mpokket last year. Due to some situation i can’t able to pay at that time. By December 2021i got some amount. So I mailed customer care to waive off my penalty and interest rate. After that some person from North continously calling to my number and contact list numbers. They tortured me for 2 days(20 to 30 calls and whats app messages) by mentioning me as fraud. I really get frustrated. Next day i payed my principle amount along with Rs.6000 interest. But they still tourturing me to pay 18k more. My cibil also get affected because of this. They are not closing the loan when i pay.

my name is sathyala suresh. iam from andhra pradesh. i  took money from mpokket ,before 10 months now i cont pay money because of im not working and my father is daily labour, we dont have work from 10 months due to corona. mpokket emplyees are daily calling and they are doing harassment….please help me because im poor.. pleasee kindly help to me ……
