Text of Complaint by Rishav Bhattacharya:

My name is Rishav Bhattacharya. I have borrowed money from mpokket 2years before due to some medical emergency. But after several repayments the last loan amount taken from them could not be repayed by me because of financial condition and bank account seize. The recovery agents are harassing me, my family members and other contacts in my phone for the loan amount. Mpokket is neither a NBFC nor registered under RBI. I have met with a serious accident on 12th December, 2021 and till now I am admitted in hospital. My medical condition is so serious that the doctors are saying I could lose one of my legs. I have no job to me and source of income is zero. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Sir, I was taken 4000/- loan for my study purpose in form of 8 loans each loan consists of 500/-.
Total money is 4000/- .But mpokket asking 12000/- .I couldn’t effort that amount sir.
Mpokket making phone calls to me and my parents.please take serious about this thing lots of people suffering from this mpokket fraud.

Sir iam 12 th class student and i get loan to the mpokket and 10000 and it take also 10000 for more charge that’s not fair sir plzz help and also harassment call please take strict action this app mpokket

Mpokket se regular mujhe phone aa rhe hai aur dhamki de rhe hai ki agar maine aaj payment nhi ki to hum tumhari contact list me call karna shuru kardenge aur kuch logo ko inhone contact bhi kiya hai jiski wajah se mujhe parensani ka saamna karna pad raha hai .  Isliye meri appse gujaris hai ki inke khilaf jaldi se jaldi koi legal action liya jaaye .

  1. I have took the the loan of 10k in mpokket. Becoz of the covid lockdown, i couldn’t get sufficient salary, even i couldn’t survive to eat because of the lockdown. There are calling me and my contacts many times in a day and torturing me. They have fined with lot of interest and daily fine.
