I was borrowed 6k from mpokket. Now including interest and late fee they are asking to pay15k. I have been met with accident my leg was fractured.they continuosly calling .help me.

I have taken a loan of 10k from mpokket due to pandemic and some family problem i couldn’t pay on time because i didn’t had any job and my family members job is lost due to Covid-19 so there is limited income source which can fulfill my family’s daily need..
they call me and my parents and they told them that they will file a complaint against me if i didn’t pay my loan ….. i took 10k and they are telling me to pay 20k ….they are harassing me daily by making calls to me and my parents ….
Also Mpokket don’t have NBFC Licence
I request you Sir/Mam to help me out of this situation.

Sir/Madam
I took a loan from Mpokket 4000rupees
. Im a student and my part time job lose on the covid pandemic situation. Now they are compaling to pay a huge amount of late fees that is about 6000 rupees. Now I have to pay 1000 rupees.. I don’t have enough, kindly please cut off the late fee and I will definitely pay 4000.And also they accessed my contact and calling them a insulting me. Kindly please do understand my sitaution and cut off that late fee.. They don’t even provide moratorium that RBI provided to the common people
