I have taken loan i.e 12000 but they credited 10080 to my account. Due to some personal problems I unable to pay the due amount at the time of payment date. Now it is increased 27520.they are harassing me to pay the full amount I said I’m used 10080 so with interest I will pay 15000 they are saying they will harrase my reference number as well. They are telling they will send legal notice.
