I used to have an iPhone 6 where I borrowed rs 500 from mpokket for a month. Meanwhile I changed my phone to android and mpokket never allowed to login. So mpokket customer care members contacted me and asked me to pay up. I said the issue and he said he would provide a solution. Suddenly , ten days passed and a guy started shouting at me In obscene language asking to repay loan. When I asked him why he is doing that, he said “if you paid your money on time we wouldn’t do that.” .. and I discarded the call thinking I needn’t reply such jerks. So the guy went on to send texts to all my friends contacts which they obtained when signing up sending a picture of me to everyone saying them to not lend me any money and be cautious In dealing with me because I defaulted with mpokket and I may default with them too. After this went on for days, i borrowed the old phone from its buyer and installed the app and paid it off. The interest for 500 was 211 percent. And a lot of defamation. I am sure that one day I will cause serious trouble to the entire company even if not right now . Even today I applied to unsubscribe from it a lot of times and I still receive promotional messages everyday on my mobile even after 3 years.
