I have took loan loan of 1000 and 1000, 2 loans from mpokket, the total amount loan took 2000. as it was pandemic Suitation, I can’t able to pay the loan, while I come across to pay loan, it’s doubled and they were not waving there penalty. And many other loan apps waving off there penalty to zero. And I have contacted mpokket services and there customer service calls we’re completely making false information about repayment, one of them says there’s no waving of there penalties and one of them says he will reduce the penalty to 4400 or 30% waving of there penalty. Is it fair to collect the double charges from mpokket users? And I’m will to pay the loan I have sent the mail to mpokket that i will pay only 3000 for 2000 loan I took. And they called me for repayment and said that there are giving discount and I had paid the amount of 2946 rs and the executive shocks me after payment that I had made the payment for one loan of 1000 rs and I’m still have to pay another loan, how fairs to mpokket services makes false statements and I can’t able to pay other loan because I have already paid 2946 RS pls help me to coming out of this fake mpokket company
