I took loan of rs 2000 in Dec 2022 and due date on Jan 2023 , I got 1835 after deduction and payment amount on Jan 2023 of Rs 2100 but I missed payment due to some issue . Now I am ready to pay but it shows rs 3700 with rs 1700 interest amount after due date . This is not fair they charge 3 month interest of rs 2000 is 1700 rs .
They charge unnecessary amount of interest of my rs 20000 loan as 13000 interest for 4 months
