I have a complaints of Mpokket Application which gives loan to the customers. I complete my loan activities on time but when this time I was completing my amount which I have to payback that day mpokket application was not working and I tried many times. And after that day I got busy in my things. I thought something was happened in application so I will see afterwards but I was too busy for 2 to 4 days. They contacted me and told to pay all due, they don’t have any responsibility about your things. But I denied to pay because I was paying back their money on time , but their application was not working, and now they are forcing me to pay due also and they are saying it will affect on my cibil score but I denied them for paying due because it’s a fault by them, the application was not working ,Please help I don’t know what they will do with my profile or my cibil.
