I was some time late in paying the dues of mpoket app and it reached the loan of me to 12000 I have paid the dues last year and when I paid my dues , they deactivated my account and I checked my cibil score just now and all the loans that I’ve closed from mpoket are still showing active on my cibil report they are from Japan chemical services , and mpoket financial services and now in Paytm it is showing my dues as 48000 I’m so depressed as I have paid all my loans please help me
